Turnaround

During the holiday season we will be extending our turnaround time by an additional 2 business days due to our high volume. We will not be able to accept any rush orders or make any deadlines. Thank you for your cooperation.

For any products with rounded corners, please allow an additional 3 business days for shipping.

Rush Turnaround*: Orders will print in 2 business days and ship on the 3rd.

*Orders placed by 11 AM CST and approved by 2 PM CST will print in 2 business days and ship on the 3rd.

For instance, if an order is placed by Monday, 9am PST, we will send you an online proof (for retail customers only) within three hours. Once you approve the order (by noon PST), your order will be sent to print and will ship by Wednesday. Please note that if there are any issues with files not being print ready or credit card issues, we will not be responsible. You need to make sure you are following up on your order by logging into your account and checking your status and/or checking your email.

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow one day for receipt of labeling and billing information before counting turnaround time for shipping from UPS. For example, if you are quoted a shipping time of 3 business days from February 3rd, please allow the first day for HCM to relay your information and for UPS to pick up, and the following 3 business days/non-holidays for your shipment to arrive.

Multiple shipping options are available depending on the items ordered; shipping and delivery options and prices can be found at the end of the checkout process. All printed products and promotional items are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Privacy & Security

In order to satisfy customers, Higher Calling Media reviews user data such as visitation history, number of page hits, etc. In order to accurately accrue this information, our server collects aggregate information about our visitors. When our website is visited, our web server recognizes your domain name, but not your email address. Users who visit HCM online will therefore remain anonymous, while still allowing HCM’s webmaster/administrators as well as our server’s administrators to review data about individual and unique visits to the site and keep track of total page hits. This information also tells us where our users are visiting us from (i.e. linked to HCM from a previous page, etc.) and with what browsers they are using to view the site.

Cookies are a file containing information about a user that is sent to the central computer each time a request is made. In short, many sites offering products for sale and repeat customer information use cookies that are automatically downloaded on the user’s hard drive to help the site “remember” customers and the products they viewed/bought.

We may also use information to send you catalogs either through the mail or online. These mailing lists and catalogs are sent only at your discretion, and if at any time you wish to cancel these subscriptions, simply let us know.

Information regarding third-parties: If HCM feels the need to share our mailing lists with reputable third-parties on occasion and you do not wish to have your email address shared, simply email us with your name and the information you do not want shared, and you will be placed on our do-not-share list. In addition, in the event that Higher Calling Media is ever bought, shared, or merged with another entity, we reserve the right to transfer our existing database along with the rest of the assets of the company to the new owner.

User Accounts
From your "My Account Dashboard," you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information. Select a link on the left side of the Dashboard to view or edit information. Additionally, you'll be able to add/edit shipping & billing addresses, view recent transactions and order status, and edit your product tags and reviews. Finally, you'll be able to manage your newsletter subscriptions, wishlists, and downloadable products.
